Safety Procedures

Art4All Safety Rules

The main concern in the entire process is that you and the recipients remain safe from the coronavirus during packaging and delivery.

– 1 –

Symptoms: If you have symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or headache, please refrain from participating in the kit making process until you are cleared by a doctor. If you have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus, please refrain from participating until 14 days have passed without symptoms.

– 2 –

Sanitizing: If you touch any components of the kits without gloves, they need to remain untouched for 72 hours or be wiped with a 70% alcohol solution before delivery. If we cannot guarantee that they have not been touched, we will store them at the Artsmiths for 72 hours before delivering them.

– 3 –

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after making any kit components.

– 4 –

Wear a mask when making any kit components.

– 5 –

Please date all materials you provide to us with the date they were last touched by you. This means writing the date with a marker on the outside of the bag or box in large, noticeable letters that will not rub off.
